  • We currently only ship within New Zealand. Please contact us if you want to place an order outside of New Zealand.

  • In New Zealand, we perform shipping through Post Haste.

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING for all New Zealand orders!

  • Orders are typically fulfilled and dispatched within 1 business day.

  • Delivery times depend on the carriers:

    • Within New Zealand, delivery is usually within 3 business days.

  • Tracking information will be provided via email when confirmation of shipping is sent to you.

  • In the event of lost or damaged packages, we will work with the carrier to resolve any issues and will communicate with you to find a resolution.

  • Please ensure that you provide accurate addresses and any other delivery information required for safe and secure delivery of your product.

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please provide detailed information as to the need to return, including photos of the product in question.

    If your return is accepted based on a customer error, instructions will be provided on where to send to product to.

    Costs incurred by the return are the responsibility of the customer and products must arrive at the Yokubo distribution center in the same state in which they were sent out.

    If your return is accepted based on faulty/damaged product, we will arrange collection of the item/items.

    On a case-by-case basis, we may discuss an alternative resolution with the customer.

    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned.

    Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
